At Waxpol Hotels & Resorts, the trust and safety of our guests come first. We have noticed that some fake websites and individuals are misusing the name of Waxpol Hotels & Resorts, including The Riverwood Forest Retreat and Sunderban Tiger Camp, to mislead travellers and collect payments.
To keep your booking safe and genuine, please remember the following:
- Always make your bookings through our official website: www.waxpolhotels.com.
- Check that every email you receive from us comes from an official ID ending in @waxpolhotels.com.
- For enquiries or confirmations, contact our reservations team directly at +91 97 1132 6357 or +91 98 3117 0453.
- We never ask for payments through personal UPI IDs, QR codes, WhatsApp or unofficial links.
- If you come across anything suspicious, please report it to sales@waxpolhotels.com.
Thank you for your trust and support.
– Team Waxpol Hotels & Resorts
